What is new.

Mythox is live and moving fast. This is a running log of what we ship: new features, improvements, and fixes. Newest first.

September 4, 2026Updated
  • GPT-6 Astra is now included in MAX. Choose OpenAI's newest and strongest model in Midas chat and the Product Builder.
  • Claude Fable is now 5.1. MAX members now see Claude Fable 5.1 wherever they choose a model.
September 1, 2026Updated
  • YouTube earnings now count throughout your Money tab. On the web and phone, connected YouTube earnings are included in the monthly tracker, the annual bars, the Goal Engine and the ROI Engine, so the same money picture follows you across every view.
  • Three years of YouTube history. Mythox now stores three complete years of monthly YouTube earnings for your connected account, so older months remain available instead of disappearing after a refresh.
  • Clear loading and partial totals. While YouTube is loading, or if a month is not available yet, Mythox keeps the known amount on screen and labels the total as partial instead of pretending the missing YouTube amount is zero. A confirmed zero still shows as zero.
  • A warning before income can be counted twice. If you type income into a month while YouTube is connected, Mythox tells you that YouTube earnings are already counted automatically and that the typed amount will be counted twice. You choose what to do, and Mythox never changes what you typed.
  • Faster opening on the phone. The phone app now gets you to the first screen faster.
  • Settings stays steady. The plan card no longer flickers while your account details refresh.
  • Model picker fits small windows. The whole picker stays fully visible in smaller app windows, including every option and control.
August 31, 2026Updated
  • You now confirm your email before you can activate a plan. When you sign up we send you a link; opening it is now required before you can choose a plan and add a card. This protects you if someone mistypes an address or tries to sign up using yours, and it makes sure your receipts and account emails always reach you. Signing up itself is unchanged. The Mac app (version 0.3.12) and the phone app ship in step with this release.
August 31, 2026Updated
  • Image prices in the builder now come straight from the live price list. The price shown next to each image option is read from the same list the app charges from, like every other price, so what you see is exactly what you pay. Each revision now also remembers which version of the price list it was quoted from. The Mac app (version 0.3.11) and the phone app ship in step with this release.
August 30, 2026Updated
  • Four small fixes. The per-message chat prices on the Plan and credits card show again instead of staying on dots. When a YouTube earnings refresh fails, the card now tells you the real reason, such as the connection having expired, instead of a vague message. And if a file you drop into Midas fails to upload, you now get a short red line saying why, instead of nothing happening. And your plan label no longer briefly shows Free when one background check fails.
August 30, 2026Updated
  • Builder prices now come straight from the live price list. The price next to each build type, the revision price and the plan-draft price are read from the same list the app charges from, on the web and on the phone, refreshed every few minutes and whenever you open a builder screen. Nothing is typed by hand any more, so what you see is what you pay. A cancelled build now gives back everything except exactly what you already paid for the plan draft.
August 30, 2026Updated
  • Stronger protection against throwaway email sign-ups. The sign-up check now knows about 25,000 temporary-inbox services instead of a few hundred, and an address whose domain cannot receive mail at all is turned away with a clear message. Alias and forwarding services people use as their real address (Apple, Firefox Relay, addy.io and the like) are never blocked. Real customers see no change. The Mac app (version 0.3.9) and the phone app ship in step with this release.
August 27, 2026Updated
  • Chat prices on every screen now come straight from the live price list. The price you see next to each model in Settings and in the credits popover is read from the same list the app charges from, refreshed every few minutes and every time you open those screens. Nothing is typed by hand any more, so what you see is what you pay.
  • Connecting YouTube from the Mac app now opens in your browser. Google does not allow every part of its sign-in inside an app window, so passkeys could fail there with "Something went wrong". The Mac app (version 0.3.8) now hands that step to Safari or Chrome, where your passkeys already work, and picks up the connection when you come back.
August 26, 2026Updated
  • An Inbox in the sidebar, so a message from us cannot be missed. Messages from the team now have their own Inbox in the app sidebar instead of being tucked inside Settings. When something new arrives, a pop-up puts it in front of you straight away, and the message stays in your Inbox until you have read it.
  • If your trial ended and the first payment did not go through, we now say so at login. Instead of features quietly not working, you get a plain message explaining that the trial finished, the card was declined, and exactly what to do to fix it.
  • Sign-up no longer accepts throwaway email addresses. Temporary and disposable addresses are turned away at sign-up, because the only address we can reach you on is a real one, and that is where your receipts, your password reset and our replies go.
  • Dismissed notifications now stay dismissed. Close one and it is gone for good, instead of reappearing on the next screen or the next login.
  • Stronger protection against free-trial abuse. The free trial is there so you can decide before you pay, and almost everyone uses it that way. Accounts we find abusing it, such as one person opening many accounts or using false billing details, lose their trial credits and need a paid subscription to carry on. We tell the person in the app and by email when this happens, and the rules are written out on the Billing and Terms pages.
  • Put a team message away when you are done with it. Each message in your Inbox now folds to one line, opens with Show more, and has a Dismiss button. Anything you dismiss stays out of the way but is never deleted: Show dismissed brings it back.
  • Faster support replies. When you write to us, the team now sees who you are and your account straight away, so a reply no longer waits on us asking which account you mean.
  • Same day on the phone and the Mac. The Inbox, the pop-up for a new message, the notices about a trial that ended unpaid, the Dismiss button and the pay-without-trial checkout are on the phone app and in the Mac app (version 0.3.6) as well, not only on the web.
  • Fixes. Behind-the-scenes work on the systems that warn us when something breaks, so problems reach us faster and get fixed before you notice them.
August 22, 2026Updated
  • Ask us anything, right on this site. The Support bubble in the corner of every page now answers common questions instantly, any hour of the day. Anything it cannot answer goes straight to the team, and if you leave your email we reply within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Messages from the team land in two places. When the team writes back to you, the reply goes to your email and into the app, under Settings, then Messages from the team. Your answer is always waiting in your account, even if email is having a bad day.
  • Fixes. The support chat on this website can now be scrolled with the mouse wheel and trackpad. While the desk is thinking, three small dots show it is typing.
August 15, 2026Updated
  • Mythox now works with a screen reader, end to end. Every button, every input box, every chart and every pop-up in the app, on the website and on the phone can now be read out and operated without a mouse. Notifications and error messages are spoken instead of appearing silently. Pop-up windows keep your place instead of letting you wander behind them. Menus work with the arrow keys. Every page and screen has a "Skip to content" link, a visible outline showing where you are, and headings in the right order. "Reduce motion" is now respected everywhere.
  • New Accessibility Statement at mythox.ai/accessibility. It says exactly what we support, how we test it, and how to reach a real person if something blocks you. We aim to reply within 5 business days and never charge for help with an accessibility problem.
  • New Disclaimer at mythox.ai/disclaimer. Mythox is a tool, not financial, tax, legal or accounting advice. AI can be wrong, so check anything that matters. Money figures are estimates, not certified books. We promise no income or business result.
  • Community Guidelines moved onto the legal page so there is one place for everything.
  • The trial rules are now written out in full, everywhere. Your trial ends when whichever comes first: 3 days pass, you use 5,000 credits, or you export, download or publish a product. That was always how it worked, and it was only shown at signup. Now it is on the pricing page, the legal page and every page that mentions the trial.
  • What happens to your products if you cancel, in plain words. What you build is yours permanently and cancelling never takes that away. But hosting it in your account is part of what the subscription pays for, so if the subscription ends, access to anything still sitting in your account ends too. Download what you want to keep.
  • The Cookie Policy now names every measurement tag we run (Google, Meta, TikTok, X, OpenAI) instead of the old wording that said there were none. It also shows four ways to switch them off, and we now honour the Global Privacy Control signal your browser can send. None of them run inside the app, only on the public website, and none of them ever see your financial data.
  • Every company that handles your data is now named, including which AI companies and where they are based.
  • One set of legal documents, not two. An older duplicate set was still live at app.mythox.ai and disagreed with this one. It is gone and those addresses now point here.
  • Refunds, stated plainly. Mythox does not offer a money-back window. The free trial is there so you can decide before you pay.
  • Health and wellness data now has its own section in the Privacy Policy. Energy, recovery and mood figures are treated as health data: never sold, never used for advertising, and used only to show you your own patterns. There is now a switch in Settings controlling whether Midas may use them at all, and it starts off. Nothing changes until you turn it on.
  • One limit on what we can owe you, not three. Three different sections of the Terms carried three different figures. There is now one, in one place: what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
  • Chargebacks, corrected. The Terms used to call disputing a charge with your bank a breach of contract. That was wrong and it is gone. Nothing in the Terms limits your rights with your bank or card provider. Please just email us first so we can fix it faster.
  • Copyright complaints now have the full steps, including how to challenge a removal you think was a mistake.
  • Signing up now has a box to tick confirming you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy and that you are 18 or older, instead of a line of text with nothing to agree to.
  • The end-of-trial message says what ended it. When downloading or publishing ends your trial, the box now names that action and the buttons read "Charge me and continue" and "Go back, keep my trial".
  • Phone app: downloading a product now follows the same rule as everywhere else. One screen was letting a trial download slip through without starting the plan.
  • Smaller corrections across the legal pages: wrong section numbers, a security claim that was stated too absolutely, one list of what survives after an account closes instead of two, and Rize, Whoop and YouTube added to the list of companies that handle your data.
August 6, 2026Updated
  • New chat prices, worked out from what each model really costs. Every model in Midas chat is now priced from its measured cost rather than a figure typed in by hand. Five got cheaper: Gemini 3.1 Pro, GPT-5.6 Luna, GPT-5.6 Terra and Kimi K3 all came down, and DeepSeek V4-Flash and Gemini 3.5 Flash are unchanged. The heaviest models went up to cover what they actually cost to run.
  • Every screen now reads the live price. The web app, the Mac app and the phone app all ask the server what a message costs instead of carrying their own copy of the numbers, so what you are shown and what you are charged can no longer drift apart.
  • Mac app 0.3.4. A fresh signed and notarised build is on the download page.
  • Fixes. The Plan and credits box in Settings no longer blinks every couple of minutes, and the model lists on the pricing and features pages are back in true cheapest-first order.
July 28, 2026Updated
  • Ten AI models, one subscription. Midas chat now offers ten models across Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek and Moonshot: DeepSeek V4-Flash, GPT-5.6 Luna, Gemini 3.5 Flash, Gemini 3.1 Pro, GPT-5.6 Terra, Claude Sonnet 5, Kimi K3, Claude Opus 5, GPT-5.6 Sol and Claude Fable 5. DeepSeek V4-Flash and Kimi K3 are the newest additions, and Claude Opus 5 is the current Opus.
  • Fairer, per-model chat pricing. Chat messages are now one flat price each, set by the model you pick, so a message on a cheap model costs a fraction of one on a strong model. Midas shows each model's exact credit price before you send.
  • Coming to the Builder. Your product as a real Mac app or iPhone app when you choose those options, plus the full code of every build, downloadable and yours to keep. Rolling out.
July 4, 2026Launched
  • Registration is open. Mythox is live for everyone. Pick a plan, start a free trial (card required), and build from day one. Live for every member today: the Product Builder, Midas chat and Settings. The rest is rolling out and unlocks for every member as it ships, at no extra cost.
  • Honest credits and billing. Every cost is shown before you run it, with a full credit history, automatic refunds when a failure is ours, optional monthly caps with alerts, top-ups in any whole-dollar amount, and credits that never expire.
June 25, 2026Updated
  • Full pricing breakdown. The Pricing page now shows the monthly credit pool for each plan, a Monthly/Yearly toggle with 15% off for paying yearly, and clear tables of exactly how many products you can build and messages you can send with each AI model. Plus a new "Our pricing transparency" section explaining why a cheaper model still ships a great product.
  • Proof-company logos. The "systems behind Mythox" marquee now shows each company as a clean monochrome logo with its name set in its own brand style.
June 25, 2026Updated
  • Proven Systems page. New page documenting every research study, origin story, and real-world adoption behind the methods built into Mythox, from Theory of Constraints at Amazon, SpaceX, and Toyota to OKRs at Google and Intel, journaling at Bridgewater, routines from Kobe and Phelps, and "make something people want" at Y Combinator. Every claim sourced.
  • Homepage proof bar. Added a verified proof section to the homepage showing the science and real-world usage behind each Mythox feature, with a link to the full Proven Systems page.
  • Features page science section. Added "The science behind it" section to the Features page, matching each feature to its research origin and real-world users.
  • Copy overhaul. Strengthened proof copy sitewide: marquee now shows both integrations ("Built with") and proof companies ("The systems behind Mythox, used by") without any misleading "trusted by" framing. US data residency statement added to the homepage, Features, and legal Security Policy.
June 2026New
  • Community leaderboard. A public leaderboard and a "Monthly Top 3" on the home page, ranked by Creator Score. Private stats stay blurred; your rank and name always show.
  • Premium hero. A new cinematic, scroll-driven hero on the home page, rebuilt for mobile so it fills the screen properly.
  • Faster sign-in. Logging in from the website now takes you straight into the app when you are already signed in.
June 2026Improved
  • Instant reports. Bug reports and feedback now send instantly from the app and the website, so nothing gets lost.
  • Private access opened. For its first weeks Mythox ran invite and approval only, so early members got a smooth, supported start.
  • Mobile polish. A pass across the whole site and app for phones: cleaner spacing, fixed menus, and safe-area aware buttons.
June 2026Launched
  • Mythox is live. The public site launched at mythox.ai and the app went live: the one-click product builder, business systems, growth tracking, your money picture, and Midas across every screen.
